Eligibility for Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

You may request a refund, return, or replacement if:

  • The product was received within the last 7 days
  • The product is completely unused and sealed
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without valid proof of purchase
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Ensure the item is completely unused, sealed, and in original condition
  • Cover the cost of return delivery/shipping

Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. We reserve the right to reject any unauthorized or ineligible return.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The returned item is unused and approved by our team after inspection
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified

Refunds do not include shipping or delivery charges. These charges must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or store credit may be offered based on customer preference.

Replacement Policy (Shade Swaps)

Our BB Serum is available in three shades. If you ordered the wrong shade, you may request a one-time shade replacement under the following terms:

If the customer chose the wrong shade:

  • Product must be completely unused and in original condition
  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Customer must cover the delivery/shipping charges for the replacement

If BareGlow shipped the wrong shade:

  • We will replace the product at no additional cost
  • Product must still be unused and returned as-is within 7 days
  • We will arrange the replacement shipping and return pickup (if needed)

We reserve the right to verify the issue before approving a replacement.

How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Replacement

  • Reason for return, refund, or replacement
  • Photo of the unused product (if applicable)
